Shipping Information
We ship only in the USA.
Shipping prices are determined by carriers.
Note: We use whichever carrier is the cheapest as the time of shipment.

Pre-assembled Items - Pre-assembled items will be mailed the same day if in stock and received before 12 noon EST.
Pulled from inventory: Items in stock that require filling from inventory will be mailed within 3 day if order is received before 12 noon EST.
Sold Out items or Back Orders - If an item is “Sold Out” it can sill be ordered by emailing the company and requesting the item/items. They will be shipped as soon as produced, usually no more than 3 weeks from time of order.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Returns - We are happy to refund the full price of the unit, minus shipping, for unopened returns two weeks from time of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We'll give a store credit for opened merchandise minus shipping and 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Warrantied Items - Units have a lifetime limited warranty from date of purchase with receipt. Defective items will be replaced or repaired at JLS discretion. Return shipping will be refunded if item is deemed defective due to manufacturer's defect, if not buyer is responsible for return shipping due to users abuse or neglect and cost of repair. No other warranties are expressly stated nor implied.
Items Not Warrantied - Broken items due to abuse or improper use or improper application may be warrantied at JLS discretion as a service to our customers, buyer is responsible for return shipping and cost of repair if applicable. No other warranties are expressly stated nor implied..
